NetworkCells maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal, abusive, or harmful material. You explicitly agree not to upload, post, share, or transmit any content belonging to the following restricted categories: Child Endangerment and Exploitation: Any content depicting, facilitating, encouraging, or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). This includes any interactions intended to groom, exploit, or inappropriately contact minors. Adult and Sexually Explicit Content: Material featuring pornography, explicit sexual acts, or adult-themed content. Violence and Dangerous Activities: Excessive violence or material encouraging dangerous and illegal acts. Harassment and Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence against any individuals or protected groups.

Law Enforcement Collaboration: Any discovered instances of CSAM or CSAE will be preserved and reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant legal authorities.

Prohibited Content: You strictly agree that you will not upload, post, transmit, or share any UGC that: Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive. Promotes violence, illegal acts, or contains sexually explicit imagery, pornography, or nudity. Violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party. Discloses the precise physical location, routine, or personal identifying information of another individual without their explicit, verifiable consent (Stalking/Doxing). No Bullying or Harassment: Networkcells maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, cyberbullying, stalking, or malicious tracking of other users.

Right to Monitor: Networkcells reserves the right (but does not assume the obligation) to monitor, review, filter, flag, or delete any UGC or user profiles at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. Reporting Mechanisms: The Application provides tools for users to report abusive behavior, inappropriate behavior, or objectionable UGC. Termination of Access: Violations of UGC will result in immediate enforcement actions. Networkcells reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any user account, and restrict device access to the Application, for any violation of this Agreement.
